Data processed in connection with client service delivery — including any data subject to HIPAA or other regulatory requirements — is governed exclusively by the specific service agreements, Business Associate Agreements (BAAs), and applicable contracts in place between HIG and each client. Those agreements take precedence over this policy with respect to client operational data.
