Prior to the redesign, eciGroup operated four separate websites for its affiliated companies:

- eciWireless
- eciService
While each site served its individual purpose, the overall digital presence had become fragmented over time and no longer fully reflected the strength of the organization or the connection between its brands.
The sites also relied on an outdated WordPress theme that created ongoing maintenance concerns and risked breaking during updates. Visually, the websites lacked engaging imagery and people-focused content that could better represent the company’s culture. Navigating between the different companies and understanding the full scope of services required moving between multiple platforms, which made the experience less intuitive for visitors. As eciGroup continued to grow, the organization needed a modern website that could unify its brands while presenting a clearer, more engaging digital experience.
Beyond improving usability, the website also needed to more clearly communicate how ECI’s affiliated companies work together. A unified platform would not only streamline the user experience, but also strengthen the overall brand by presenting a more connected and consistent story across all services.

The new website launched on March 9, 2026. Early engagement metrics show strong initial activity:
- 1,118 new users within the first week
- 1,392 sessions generated shortly after launch
