Metzger Wickersham needed disaster recovery services from the wrath of Tropical Storm Lee in September of 2011. The law firm reached out to Higher Information Group (HIG) to provide them with a protected location to store all of their information in a secure location to prevent losing documents from the pending flood due to Storm Lee.
HIG Delivers the Solution
Tropical Storm Lee ultimately caused $1.6 billion in damages and caused the Susquehanna River to reach a record high of 42.6 feet. HIG’s rapid response to Metzger Wickersham, located near the river on North Front Street in Harrisburg PA, resulted in successfully saving their stored documents located in their office basement moments before being forced to evacuate the building.
