If your office is exploring a records management project through this grant program, our Elmira team has experience helping local governments plan and implement document scanning/conversion, secure shredding and records storage solutions, including those funded through grant programs.

We’re happy to answer questions or help you think through potential project ideas. While you are required to develop an RFQ and obtain quotes from vendors, but you are not required to select a vendor until you receive notification of funding.
