The BLOOM Business Empowerment Center offers a variety of resources to support small business growth and foster inclusive economic development in York County. Information about BLOOM previously only existed on a page within the YCEA (York County Economic Alliance) website. Our team was thrilled to help build awareness in the entrepreneurial community by working with YCEA to create an engaging standalone website dedicated to increasing equity and opportunity for small businesses in York County, PA!
Intended to be a simple website migration from their previous hosting providers to our hosting platform, this project quickly turned into a pivot situation. The migration became an opportunity to redesign the website, condense it down to a stronger landing page supplemented by a few internal pages, and focus more heavily on lead generation and mobile responsiveness. Through the use of corresponding colors and aesthetic decisions, the new website better aligned with the preexisting branding and logo.
